In celebration of: vandalism to Dotun Adebayo’s Wikipedia page

Ich Luge Bullets doesn’t plan on shouting out its grime bredrin too often, but sometimes exceptions just have to be made. A couple of days back, kola nut aficionado and Five Live presenter Dotun Adebayo wrote an article for The Sun, ostensibly dealing with the links between grime and UK knife culture, but actually being an old guy going  “Back in my day we had real music like Derrick Morgan, what the hell is this racket you’re listening to?” Admittedly, I agree with him: “Dance Wiv Me” has certainly made me want to take a blade to Dizzee Rascal and Calvin Harris’s faces.
Anyway, ILB doesn’t fuck with in-depth analysis, so if you want this article clowned in depth for its insistence that Dizzee Rascal would be a direct descendant of Lord Kitchener and 60s ska skinheads despite being raised in a Ghanian household, or how Dotun ends the article off with a completely-without-context reference to London nightclub Lovers Rock Lounge, where his wife (unmentioned) Caroll Thompson was playing that night (also unmentioned), you’ll have to go elsewhere. This post is just here to shout out the sterling work my Channel U-watching bruvs have done to Ade’s Wikipedia page over the past few days. A tip of the hat:
